Remote PC Support - (RPCS) can help you troubleshoot and solve most of your computer related problems without the need to dispatch a service technician, our on-demand "Remote PC Support" service does not require you to have a support contract in order to receive Remote PC Support.

 

     
 
   

On Demand Remote PC Support Rates

Labor time \ Time of Day* (M - F) 8am - 9pm Get Help Now
Up to 30 minutes $  40.00 Get Help Now
Between 30 minutes and 1 hour $  75.00 Get Help Now
Between 1 hour and 1 hour 30 minutes $105.00 Get Help Now
Between 1 hour 30 minutes and 2 hours $130.00 Get Help Now
Weekend Rates are the same but include a surcharge of $50.00 + Charges.

Public holidays are subject to a surcharge of $100 + Charges.

Our technicians will quickly and efficiently determine approximate resolution time expected. Should the resolution require more than two hours of support. At your request we will dispatch a service technician to provide on-site support at your location. You will be required to make payment for the estimated time at the time of scheduling. This fee is not refundable.
