Remote PC Support - (RPCS) provides its clients with Pc, Software, and Peripheral Support or Field Office Support in the form of supporting end user regardless of location. In order to receive support you must follow the instructions as listed below.

 

     
 
   

Requirements

  1. Reliable connection to the Internet.

  2. Free phone line (Can not be using this phone line to dial to the internet)

  3. Availability. You must set aside enough time for our support staff to help you with your computer problems.
    (Remember: once the support session begins the fees are not refundable if you can not stay on line during the support session)

  4. Valid credit card that belong to you.

Process Overview

  1. Signup for Remote PC Support

  2. Select the amount of time you wish to spend with a RPCS  agent.

  3. If your need is urgent and you do not wish to queue for service. Please check the box marked immediate attention for immediate support (there will be an additional $100 fee which is non-refundable under any circumstance.)

  4. Checkout using your valid credit card.
    (Remember: The person requesting support must be the card holder)

  5. Upon successfully charging your credit card, you receive an email receipt for the service and you will be redirected to a web page from where your support session will commence.

  6. You will enter the support request Queue and will be required to wait for one of our support technicians to begin the process of troubleshooting your problem.

  7. Both the process and the technology are safe and secure.
    (Remember: Once the support begins the fees are not refundable if you can not stay on line during the support session)
