- Brief description of the problem
- Determine the amount of time you
can be online with our RPCS agents
- Determine your budget / time
allocation to resolve your problem.
To purchase a Remote PC Support Session, please select a support option.
Once the above has been completed,
please call 1(866) 439-4462 and you will be directed to an
RPCS agent.
You will be asked for the above
information, including your call back number and your
credit card number which will be charged in increments to the highest half hour.
All fees are non refundable and all calls are recorded for
quality assurance and billing disputes.
