Remote PC Support (RPCS) -
is a division of eZigma, Inc. RPCS is an
organization of knowledgeable Computer and Network support staff
that provide Remote PC Support via the web and phone.
RPCS fills a
niche where the need for immediate PC Support is required but
not readily available for one reason or another. An example of
this would be an office worker working late and needing some
help. Unfortunately we've all had this
experience. RPCS
can assist users with issues ranging from but not limited to
miss-configured or corrupted applications to the use of
hardware and peripherals. Acting as an on-demand computer
department when your internal computer department has gone
home for the evening, we can keep you operational and productive.
